What are these forums?
With our software being open source it is only natural to provide a public forum to have discussions around releases, proposed changes, and development. We intend to use these forums going forward as our primary means of updating the community on the development of our open source software.
What are these forums not?
These forums are not intended to provide customer support. We kindly ask you contact us for support using one of the channels described at https://www.philterd.ai/support. The reason for this is it can be hard for us to know who is entitled to support based on user names and we don't want any requests to fall through the cracks. Also, support for our software can often deal with sensitive information and having those conversations in a public channel is not a good idea.
